Denise Vincent currently serves as the Director of Patient Accounts for ATI Ambulance. Denise oversees the twenty-five member Patient Accounts department and is responsible for handling contracts with hospitals, SNFs, Hospice and Palliative Care Providers and managed care organizations. Denise began her career with ATI Ambulance in 1999 working in Patient Accounts as a customer service representative.

Denise’s is an expert on billing procedures and documentation. Denise stays current with Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance carriers by attending conferences and seminars regarding compliance and procedures. Denise’s dedication to customer service is attributed to her excellent communication skills and contracting familiarity.

Denise is a Certified Ambulance Coder by the National Academy of Ambulance Coding. She also has an Associates of Science Degree.

Denise grew up in Tinley Park and currently resides with her wonderful husband, Matt, and their loveable dog, Daisie in New Lenox, Illinois.
