We provide premier ambulance transportation services to the greater Chicagoland area. Chicago Ambulance Alliance provides both emergent and non-emergent ambulance transportation and medical standby for a variety of needs.

MEDICARS

• Non-emergent transports

• Providing transportation to and from: physician’s appointments, medical treatments and medical tests

Medicar Eligibility

• Pts that are wheelchair dependent

• Pts with special needs

• Pt may ride with his/her own oxygen source as long as it can be safely secured for transport

• Bariatric Wheelchairs

• All wheelchairsleg-lift equipped

BASIC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS)

• Stable adult and pediatric pts

• Neonatal with team

• Pts on oxygen

• Pts with saline locks (not initiated pursuant to emergency care)

• Pts with tracheostomy

• Pts requiring suctioning

• Pts with behavioral emergencies

• Hospice pts

• Pts being discharged home

• Interfacility transports for stable pts

• Bariatric service available

ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT (ALS)

• Stable pts with no risk for deterioration (IVs)

• Stable pts with low risk for deterioration

• Stable pts with medium risk for deterioration

  • This would be a pt that has required some medical interventions and has responded to those interventions

• Stable pts with high risk of deterioration

• Trauma and OB pts not requiring an RN

• Pts with advanced-airway needs, such as pts on ventilators or requiring pacing

• Pts with CPAP

• Pts requiring suctioning

• Can start and maintain IVs without additives and that are not on pumps

• Can transport with RNs from hospitals if necessary

• 12-lead functionality

• Pts with LVAD

Critical Care

• Unstable complex adult and pediatric pts

• Pts with chest tubes
